Character: Delizia has always had a confident and curious character towards humans, ever since she was a filly. One of our students fell in love with her character and bought her as a filly, had her trained and then kept her for a few years. When he had to separate from her for personal reasons, he brought her back to our kennel to let her return to live in her family pack. Over time she has become a point of reference for the herd and it is thanks to her that in the summer we lead the rest of the herd during our short transhumances.
She is a good broodmare, she transmits to her children a confident and friendly character, a beautiful structure and a pleasant ram profile.
Training: Delizia is used to grooming operations, veterinary and gynecological visits and is trained in the three gaits, even though for years she has lived a quiet life as a broodmare in the herd.

Further information: she has often acted as a “guinea pig” for the practice of some students of the Veterinary Faculty of Bari, for the creation of some commercials or for some useful findings for research, all always respecting her physical and moral integrity.
